From the first email til the last image delivered, you have me 100%. I’m the one that edits, that emails and texts, location scouts, and I don’t take more than a few weddings a month so I can always give the type of experience my couples deserve.
I prefer real moments to things super cheesy and I love a vibe that makes you want to slow down and drink it in. I love helping you feel at ease and your best self on your wedding day. I’ll get you feelin relaxed and able to focus on present moments and only on your babe.
I’m actually an introvert that has her extroverted moments and I'm also suuuuper weird. So you don't have a chance to feel awkward or unsure of what to do. I'll guide you thru poses and interactions, so a short time with me and you’ll feel like an old pro. Seriously, so worries - I got'choo!
First things first, we chat a bit before signing anything. I want to know about the day and get to know the both of you so we all make sure we'll get along. If we don't hit it off, working together on your wedding day isn't going to be super fun, so I really want you to make sure I'm THE ONE. If I'm not, that's totally fine. I have a list of other photographers I can refer. I take documenting your wedding day very seriously and want to develop a great relationship with you. I'm photographing a super-personal day for you. We should be like friends so I know how to best capture YOU. Once the day finally arrives, I'll feel like one of your group and the wedding day is {seriously} stress-free!
Once we hit it off, we'll get things rollin ASAP! I'll send you a contract to review and send back signed, with your non-refundable deposit. Your deposit also goes towards your total cost, not in addition to. Your remaining balance is due 2 WEEKS before your event - which can be broken into a payment plan leading up to your event, if that's more convenient for you. Absolutely!! I always have a second shooter with me for my weddings. As much as I'd like to pretend I'm THAT amazing, I cannot be in two places at the same time and there is just too much happening for me to run around and capture it solo. Having a second shooter also provides another perspective of everything on your day.
Your second shooter is someone I know and LOVE working with. They know the kinds of shots that elevate your gallery to "Wow!" levels and is another person that has your back for whatever happens on your wedding day.
ABSOLUTELY! When you book me, you’re booking a: location scouter, wardrobe coordinator, someone who pays attention to all the little details, people coordinator (cat herder as I like to call it), etc. Basically, I like to become your next best friend for the entire timeframe between booking + your wedding day. I help put together your timeline and shot list so we make sure nothing important is missed - and we plan for the right amount of time for things. Doing anything on a wedding day takes a lot more time than you think it does, so I'm here for all the help and guidance.
I will do everything I can to make sure your wedding day goes off without a hitch and you forget we're actually taking photos.

Travel fees are entirely dependent on where we're going and when we can book flights and accommodations. If we're going to Hawai'i or somewhere fun out of the country, let's FOR SURE chat. I have a list of destinations I'd love to visit for just my travel fees!
For sure! It doesn't always happen because we build a solid timeline but sometimes unexpected things happen. Or we're having SO much fun and you want us there longer!! No problem and you can decide that day, too. It's an extra $250 per hour - and my second stays, as well. So they're not missing out on any action!
I'm a Canon photographer and I have 2 main cameras with me on your wedding day - a 5D Mark IV and a 5D Mark III. I also pack several lenses to use throughout the day for a variety of shots. Over the years, I've collected things to add creativity into your images - like prisms, crystals, LED lights, and other fun things, too.
For your detail photos, I use a macro lens to capture those up close little details. And I even have ring boxes and small dishes I like to bring along to add that "little something" to your flat lays and ring shots to help make them POP!
Of course not - The digital files from your wedding day come with a print release, so you are welcome to print wherever you want, but I also want your printed images to look just as great as your digital ones. So if you have grand display plans for them (think large gallery canvases in your living room), I can recommend a few local print companies. I have some favorites that have great finished product. Some of the 'cheaper' print places can have color variations, or the images don't always look the best because of image distortion. But that's why the fancy print companies are out there!
I know how anxious everyone is to see your wedding gallery, so I like to get a handful of previews done for you within a couple of days to share with family and friends right away. For your full gallery, it takes about 4 - 6 weeks during 'non-peak season" (Nov - May), and about 6-8 weeks during "peak season" (May - Nov).
I still work a Full-Time 40hr/week job, so sometimes depending on that - and the time of year - it is usually more towards the latter. Which is why I deliver sneak peeks. That way you have some of the best shots right away!
For your sneak peeks and your final gallery, you’ll get a link to the gallery to view, download and share with your family friends, and social media.
You'd be surprised how often this question comes up - Absolutely you have me!!! Assuming there are no 'acts of God' or dire last minute medical emergencies you will 100% have ME on your wedding day.
